What kind of warranty do you offer?

Lifetime Limited Warranty

This type of coverage applies to all of the foundational elements of your furniture: wood frames, joints, bases, legs, and hardware, which are integral to the life of your product. We promise to pay standard rates for repair if needed or to provide an alternative solution should the issue be unable to be repaired.

Exclusions

Accessories and Home Decor Items are excluded from all warranty coverage. Any damages or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

What do I do if my if my furniture is delivered damaged? 

If you discover damage at the time of delivery, make a note with the delivery driver and take pictures, so it's on record and accept the delivery. If you discover damage after the truck has left, email us at Verronesims@gmail.com within 24 hours along with photos and any other information you can provide, We can then assess to see the fastest way to resolve for you, since each case is different We will always work to resolve towards your satisfaction.

Where is your furniture made?

Our furniture is made in Chicago, IL.

Are your products eco-friendly and organic?

We are very conscious of the materials and finishes we use to create our products check out the Wood and Finishes page for more details or email us with any specific questions. We consider transparency important and want to let you know exactly what is going into your home.

Can I order samples? 

For wood and finish samples, please contact us directly, and we'll get samples sent your way. It's always free.

What is your lead time?

Our standard production lead time is 6-7 weeks, and then we deliver it from our Chicago workshop directly to you. If you choose to make any modifications to the product, it will typically add 1-2 weeks in production time.  If you have a specific timeline in mind, please reach out to make sure we can hit your target date. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email and invoice with an delivery date.

Do you ship nationwide? 

We DO NOT at this time. We deliver in the Chicago land area as far north as Lake County and as far south DuPage County. We also deliver Downtown and as far west as Oak Park, Illinois. ]

 When will I receive my order? 

You can email us and we'll be in touch within 48 hours to provide an update. Keep in mind the estimated delivery date assigned to your order is the expected week it will be completed 

Does my furniture require assembly?

Small assembly is required. Our furniture is 90% together when delivered our team will assemble and explain how to take it apart in case of future moves or storage. 

What are your delivery service options? 

During delivery, the delivery guys will place your product into any room and the packaging removed this also includes assembly.

Do you ship internationally? 

No, not at this time.

Do you fix or reupholsters furniture?

We do not fix furniture that was not created or designed by our company and we do not offer a reupholster service. 

Can products be customized?

On each product page there are standard options to choose from such as: wood species, finishes, layout etc. We don't typically offer full custom pieces, but if you have any idea in mind, please send it our way and we'll see if it's something we can do for you.

Do you have a store? 

We are online-only, so you can shop from the comfort of your computer or phone instead of wasting gas and driving all over town.
